Pirates of The Caribbean Online review

Hi and welcome to our first ever MMORPG game review of crick-o.blogspot.com

Our first review is

Pirates of the Caribbean online

This game is designed by Disney soft. There are 2 version of the game free version and paid one. The game is good for any age . The first 7 days of free version is full screen but afterwards the game is advertised (banner type 1 in side 1 above) .The game starts in prison with you are trapped with sparrowjack and brake up the prison. The game has very cool graphics and in the game quests you will notice the attraction of stuff is very advance according to other mmorpg. If you are on a slow connection (at least 128KBPS) you can play the game. When you play the game for first 3 weeks you will figure this game a very rocking, simple and cool graphics game but as you start playing more and more you will find this game boring as hell in free version of the game. While the paid version got lots of quest attractive stuff while in free version all you got is what you are wearing.

Ratings

Graphics-Graphics of the game is a little buggy but still very cool. I will rate the graphics 7 out of 10

Sounds-There is not much music in the game 3 or 4 sounds+ POC original theme. I will rate it 5 out of 10.

Free version-The free version of the game is good for 1 or 2 weeks, yeah, that’s it !! Our rating is 4-10

Paid version-Paid version of the game will make you feel like playing if you like this mmorpg for at least 1 month. Our rating 6-10

Conclusion – If you like POC the movie this game is playable and good for you. I will rate it 2.5 star out of 5

Sir Bradman's bat Auctioned

So... The first bat that the best player in the history of test cricket has been auctioned. The bat will stay in Australia after an Australian won the bid for US$145,000, $25,000 more than the pre-sale estimate.
The most famous piece of willow in Australian cricket history was signed by the entire 1928-29 Australian team as well as the conquering English, which won the series 4-1.
Forty-seven signatures are on the bat.

Sir Don Bradman, you are really GREAT !!!

India to tour Pakistan as planned

India has decided to tour Pakistan early next year despite last weekend's bomb blast at the Marriott Hotel in Islamabad. India will arrive on January 4, and will play three Tests, five ODIs and a Twenty20 international, as planned by both boards.

Schedule for the Tour :

  • January 4: Arrival in Karachi
  • January 6-8: Three-day warm-up match, Hyderabad
  • January 13-17: First Test, Karachi
  • January 21-25: Second Test, Rawalpindi
  • January 29-February 2: Third Test, Lahore
  • February 6: First ODI, Faisalabad
  • February 8: Second ODI, Lahore
  • February 11: Third ODI, Rawalpindi
  • February 14: Fourth ODI, Multan
  • February 17: Fifth ODI, Karachi
  • February 19: T20 international
It's going to be a tight competition again. Last time India toured Pakistan they lost the 3 match test series 0-1 but won the ODI series quite comprehensively by beating them 4-1 in 2006.

This is the news I was waiting for badly. Another interesting competition between the arch rivals India and Pakistan !

Aussie Cricket Team Arrives in India

The 15-member Australian cricket team, led by Ricky Ponting, landed in Mumbai on Monday for the four-Test tour, starting in Bangalore from October 9.

The team is scheduled to play a few practice games in Jaipur before reaching Hyderabad on September 29 to start the official part of the tour.

The Aussies are without all-rounder Andrew Symonds, after he was disciplined for going fishing rather than attending a important team meeting during the one-day series against Bangladesh last month.

The Australian Squad is as follows :

Ricky Ponting (c), Doug Bollinger, Stuart Clark, Michael Clarke, Brad Haddin, Matthew Hayden, Michael Hussey, Phil Jaques, Mitchell Johnson, Brett Lee, Simon Katich, Jason Krejza, Bryce McGain, Peter Siddle, Shane Watson.

The schedule : September 27-28: vs RCA's Centre of Excellence in Jaipur.

October 2-5: Warm up match in Hyderabad.

October 9-13: 1st Test at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.

October 17-21: 2nd Test at Mohali, Chandigarh.

October 29-November 2: 3rd Test at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi

November 6-10: 4th Test at VCA Ground, Nagpur.

Aussies doing it the Greg Chappell way

Well, yes. Call it a strategy or anything else. The Cricket Australia has appointed the former Indian coach Chappell as the assistant coach for the Australia's Tour to India. There must be a strong reason behind this move. Naturally, the Aussies know that beating India in India is never easy. The only reason that comes to my mind is that through Guru Greg, Australian's task of defending Border-Gavaskar trophy might become easier, because Chappell defiantly knows the present Indian squad very well. Which means, he also knows most of their weaknesses and strong points of this Indian team. And Brett Lee agreed that Chappell will tell them everything about the Indian team's strategy(and other points) to help them achieve their target.

This may not be fair on the part of Indian Cricket Team, but you really can't do anything in it.
The time has changed. This Indian team is lot different from the team during Chappell's guidance. Though many players are still same but a lot of changed in their strategies, they have developed a lot, and are still improving as the day passes.

Only time will tell, how things will go on. So just wait and watch.

Poor Symonds !!!

Labels: , , , ,

You've got to feel sorry for Andrew Symonds. He has a lot of talent in him and we all know that he can easily write new records in Australian Cricket history, but....only if he puts his past behind and plays like a dynamic player(just like he usually does, without messing up anything including his career). Now that there are talks in the air of him missing the upcoming Australia's Tour to India, you just can't say anything.

Yes, I m talking about the recent controversy that took place with this guy. The Symonds Gone Fishing Story !!!It shows that what happened to Symonds can happen to anyone. As long as you are getting money in your purse, you know that this money is for the services you providing to your nation. Hope Symonds too can clear his mind, and with a positive brain make a come back to cricket just to play and enjoy the game.
