No, its not the Champions League T20 but it is something equally special and unique!
Our own Rajasthan Royals will be starting of their ‘African Safari’ by playing a best of two match series Against South African giants ‘Nashua Cape Cobras’.
In a what they call ‘Strategic Partnership’, the Royals play the Standard Bank Pro20 Champions on the 11th and the 12th of April at The Newlands in Cape Town.
The Cobras have lots of international players in their side Like JP Duminy, Gibbs, Greame Smith and Charl Langerveldt and they are captained by domestic veteran Justin Ontong. But most of the international stars may have to forgo the matches because of their international duties, whereas the same cannot be said about their Royal counterparts.
This series is being seen as a curtain raiser for the IPL and its almost certain that it is going to be a hair raising encounter!!!!!
